Biography Grisell Cabero Palsson holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pfeiffer College and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Grisell credits her strong work ethics to growing up in a family of successful businesses owners where her parents operated businesses in several countries. Since she was very young she learned the responsibilities that comes with operating a family business, where education was always at the forefront. The value of honesty, ethics, responsibility and accountability in family lives as well as in business, created the base for her insightful advice when working with family owned businesses and when advising on succession planning and wealth management. Her extensive experience in business planning includes buy-sell strategies, executive benefits, company retirement plans, estate equalization, and life time income planning. Her mission is to help individuals achieve financial security and independence for their lifetime. Through financial planning she helps her clients meet their financial goals and dreams. Her client-advisor relationships are ongoing and long-lasting. She periodically meets with clients to review anything that changes or impacts their financial lives. Her analytical and thoughtful approach is the product of two decades of experience in financial planning and wealth management using a comprehensive approach to wealth building. Grisell also works with women who are head of households, caregivers, business owners, or in transition after a death or divorce and who are the primary decision makers over investible assets. Taking the first step is often the hardest part, whether is it to make a financial decision or just seeking guidance through a process. She helps women prepare for the unexpected. Grisell has vast experience working with multinational families of executives who work at international organizations needing cross border planning. With an increasingly global economy and mobile society there is a growing population of both U.S. citizens who live abroad as well as foreign citizens who reside in the U.S. and who have financial, business or personal interest. Multinational families with property and rights in more than one country often need to structure their worldwide assets and are in need of financial planning to protect their assets, wealth preservation or transfer.
